It won’t absorb water or stretch like cotton. It is fully lined with a soft tricot knit so there is no clinging. Our swim culotte has ample fullness around the leg and does not look like a short. The swim culotte is not tight fitting and will provide the coverage your teenager needs for a modest appearance. Our swim culotte also features an elastic waist where there are hidden air vents. So it helps prevent ballooning.
